Restless legs is a disorder that causes unpleasant sensations in the legs while lying down. These sensations, which are often described as a creeping or crawling sensation in the calves, typically occur at bedtime when the person is still awake, and can therefore make it difficult to fall asleep. Many people with Periodic limb movements also have... by Icecube

I just got a book called "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Dummies" and I figured I'd track my progress by writing it down here. I'm not hoping for any miracles but I'm hoping it will help. I'm about to crack 'er open so wish me luck! by freestylemonster

So I thought it might be a good idea to go the a therapist and try work out some off my issues. I just spoke to one guy who charges 60euro per hour. What the hell??? He seemed more than qualified but damn. I always get the feeling that they would rather make a profit than help. by BlackKids

Oh boy... Christmas time. The time when most people spend ridiculous sums of money to visit folks, or be made to feel derelict in their familial duties for not doing so. I'm with the former, as I live in northern BC and most of my clan is in southern Ontario - it is costing me upwards of $1000 and two days of vacation time to visit... and the only... by spartie

Whilst on here just now I got thinking that there are so many of us affected by this condition that I'm surprised there isn't some sort of rehab for it. I guess it would be pointless because I for one would be to scared to go to it but if there was a special SA camp for kids or something I think it could help them a lot. by Untamed88

My anxiety increases when people tell me dont screw this up or dont get nervous. When they tell me this I automatically screw things up. Anybody else have this problem and if so how do you let them not get to you. by mrbryan3

What medication for SA do you take/have you taken in the past? I began taking Prozac a few days ago. I didn't go to a shrink to give me a prescription for it, but apparently it's sold over the counter where I live and it's dirt-cheap. So far it hasn't had any effect but I know it's only supposed to start working in 2 weeks so I'm hoping my... by lifeasitcouldbe
