The Hannah Anderson case... whoawhoawhoawhoa... O_O Even though these cases always turn into sick little circuses... I can't pretend I'm not interested. This one is so suspicious, too...

Today I noticed by coincidence that a friend has her birthday today, she also sent me an invitation. She is not a very close friend. I see her maybe... five or six times a year, at festivals, birthday parties and the like.

I don't know. I don't like sudden plan changes. A very close friend of mine asked me right now whether I'd show up, and I denied. I feel a bit bad about that. But I'd prefer a calm evening for myself today. Oh well...

Got today a definite job offer. I just have to phone them on monday and say "ok" and I can start there in September.

The good:
- I'd earn 200€ more per month than at my last job
- by bicycle it takes me only 5 to 10 minutes to get there
- small company
- it's important for them that people employed there learn a lot (which I like)
- got a job ticket, which means free public transportation in this city
- the people seem nice
- payment increase after a year

The bad:
- salary is not that great

I think Nigel Farage would make a great prime minister. What a waste that people like him aren´t in leading positions.

If only, huh? Ah agree with ya there, but Farage has a way of telling it like it is. And British press huv pretty demonised him and political party which he's a part of, over the last few months.

Y'know why ah never speak ma mind? It's because you lot need me tae keep this family together. If ah say anything outta turn, you'd hate me for it - because I'm very honest aboot how ah feel, right? Not that ah'd care if you hated me - nae skin off ma nose.

D'ye just do that deliberately tae provoke, huh? The same insulting "joke" over and over again? Is it funny that that pisses me off tae a point where ah just tae start f**kin' ragin', scream, shoutin' n' losin' the flippin' rag!

Am ah "funny" when am angry? Because ah certain dinnae like that part o' ma personality - the short temper. Efter aw, am suppose tae be the "nice, sensable" one of the family.

Yer a lot of thing, big sis, but funny - sure as f**k! - isnae one o' them....

This certainly sounds more interesting than traditional type education. I remember when I was in my 1st year of college, I went to see an advisor and he was surprised to see that I had many credits gained from examinations (AP tests, CLEP test, SAT scores, etc). He finally connected the dots and realized I was trying to graduate faster than normal. He became angry at me and started insulting me in ways I never imagined.

“I don’t necessarily like that sit-down format,” he says. “It felt like we were robots at times.”

I agree. I can't count how many times I sit down in class for lecture and start to doze off. Sitting down for prolonged periods of time makes me very uncomfortable, plus I gain weight too. I realize I don't learn much in class. It's only when I get home that I start learning things. In fact, I learn more from online classes than from offline ones. Each person is not a robot and doesn't learn the same way.

Had lunch with some friends and then we went over to the house of one of them. Apparently while I was out something happened to my grandma (still haven't understood what exactly), and our maid was the only one home at the time and she was panicking or so I was told.

My grandma has passed out before as well. I'm wondering when my mum will realise she can't stay here, she can't keep an eye on her 24/7 and I'm not going to babysit her.

Sometimes my dreams freak me out.

I read somewhere that sexy dreams are almost never actually about sex but more about the joining of conflicting parts of yourself. This seems especially true of dreams where you get frisky with someone you aren't attracted to (or even repulsed by... or with someone you're not "supposed" to do that with). I mean... I've had some where I've woken up and wanted a shower. lol. Ugh, the subconscious...

I don´t know much about UKIP, but today every sane person who tries to prevent national suicide by letting dangerous immigrants into the country is called racist etc. I think to be tolerant to the point of letting them to walk over our own culture, tradition, customs, morality, to let them force on us their customs and (often very cruel and intolerant) rules and laws, is the wrong thing.

I didn´t want to speak about this subject anymore because I don´t want to get banned again, but hope I am at least allowed to say this, thanks.

Hmm... Not sure whether I should start a new book series, watch a movie, or play a video game tonight. RollerCoaster Tycoon has been on my mind lately for some odd reason. Might have to break that out again to play.
