Are you getting enough iron in your diet?
Not enough iron always makes my normal level of being tired most of the time turn into almost falling asleep most of the time.
Does it cost a lot of money to get a blood test to check your iron level, in your country?
Aside from an iron or Vitamin D deficiency, there is also a possibility that you may be lacking in magnesium. I know that not receiving enough magnesium can contribute to feelings of physical and mental sluggishness as well as anxiety. Whenever I take a magnesium supplement, I notice a surge in my energy. Thanks, Blue!
I never thought of iron deficiency as a possible cause. A lack of vitamin D had crossed my mind, since I never go out in the sun if I can help it, but I don't know if that would cause such constant mental and physical fatigue. Seems like I have some research to do. :reading:
I have no idea what it would cost to get a blood test, but I discovered last summer that doctors and hospitals and other medical-type things scare the ever-lovin' out of me. I really don't know if I'd be able to face going in for a test.
Finally cracked 1000 posts!
YAAAY! *throws confetti over amanda* :applause:
ooops! :blushing: so sorry about that amanda >.>AAAHK!!!! One landed in my eye!! x_o
Can't sleep, runny nose. I just keep blowing my nose but it's mostly water coming out. Can't sleep with mouth open because one of my teeth is sensitive right now and breathing through my mouth makes it uncomfortable.
I have a date with a 22 year old Chinese woman tomorrow - although she was brought up in this country. I wonder how much if she has been subject to acculturation to westernized culture.
Is that a first date topic? Meh - I really just don't care anymore to be honest. I will try to lead the conversation in that direction - cos I am interested.
That is so annoying isn't it!?
Are you able to have a bottle of cold and allergy medicine in the cupboard in case this starts at night again? For me it is worth it to have a bottle handy "in case" even if it does end up going past its use by date before I get to use it all up.
I have WhatsApp, which is a similar service. Should I download Viber, too?One of my international friends just got me to install the Viber app (no, it isn't what it sounds like, haha). It's a free app for most smartphones that lets you make voice calls and text messages and even send pictures internationally for free. I never knew about it before. It works really well. Soo... out of my international friends on here, if any of you want to text over Viber, let me know. I don't want to bug you if you're not interested, but if you are, we should text!

I have heaps of room on my phone, and the app is free, too...so yeah, downloading now.I actually heard Viber is better than whatsapp but I don't know how true that is. I can't download whatsapp on my phone because I have very little space left (not kidding, I had to delete stuff to get Viber), but if you have enough room on yours and wouldn't mind - chyeah!
Text me if you want, haha.WHY AM I STILL AWAKE!?
And I'm spending waaaaayyyyyyy too much time online again.
At least there are photo albums to creep on
