^ There are more reputable health articles out there, but I understand your caution because there are so many that do contradict. Remember lots of bad fats, oils, and sugars are not good. Healthy fats and oils (olive oil, coconut, fish, seafood, etc.) is great. :thumbup:I tend not to read health articles because some will contradict others, but I do know that eating lots of fruits and vegetables is good, and lots of fats, sugars, and oils isn't. Yeah, you have no choice in this matter, but at least it means you've learned a lot from your experiences.

I was feeling good tonight until my brother called. Then he decided he wanted to talk about money and spending (very sensitive subjects for me atm) and while he was doing so my computer decided it wanted to be stupid again, and all of that combined pretty much sent me spiraling into a terrible mood. Now I'm back to worrying about money and finding a job. I'm so so so so tired of this crap! :thumbdown:
