I just checked it and I'm at 78, but what has me worried is my blood pressure  (like always, though XD)

I think my resting heart rate sits around 85-90. Not good, considering my age.
When jogging (which I don't do often) it can go up to 140-150. I don't know what it is when I'm anxious, but I'd guess around 125 or more.

That's a great question! And I have a heart rate monitor so I will record it shortly! When I excercise (when my bones aren't playing up lol) I tend to push myself and get around 175-183 range. That means I'm really unfit right? hehe well I've never done it resting....so stay tuned I will be back!

Sorry to rehash an old thread, but I'm fascinated by heart rates and things like that... My resting heart rate varies between 39 and 48 bpm, most commonly it's around 44 bpm. However, during exercise I can push it up to around 210 bpm when I push myself incredibly hard... But generally during standard exercise it's around 150 - 170 bpm.

I also have a heart recovery rate of around 60 - 80 bpm - it's varied depending upon when I've measure it...

My Blood pressure is slightly low, around 100/50.

Pretty normal, 60.
You know I got a lot of stress on me, and since last year, from a certain day my heart beats faster everytime when I do any kind of sport, for example after swimming 3x25m with backstroke my pulse gets up to 150 bpm. So I guess it all comes from my stressful, nervous situations.

My resting heart rate is a massive 124 beats a minute. I have recently been diagnosed with a heart condition though so it is treatable but it can take a while to find the medication then works for you and the dosage. The only time my hert rate was measured while I was panicking was after I freaked out about something and it got so fast I just passed out and an ambulance was called. In the ambulance, I hit 142 but as that is the only time it has happened, that's probably not a true idea of how fast it normally gets.

I'm glad you use BPM rather than the systolic and diastolic?

Hard for me to define that. I get advice to buy a machine to do it. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, which surprised me years ago. I always thought my body was fine. Just the bit above the neck is the main trouble

I have simvastatin to lower my cholesterol

I use machines in the gym to measure my rate. It's always 160 or more

BPM makes me laugh because it's important to me while mixing tunes of the right rate. 160 is a popular group for me. Drum & Bass. There is 80, 110, etc, for dancing beats, or rock, which don't go together

my BPM is sitting normally around 97, LOL. One of the reasons my doc got a bit...short with me for allowing so much stress to build in my life, its partly why he says i ruoghly have the heart of someone 39 to 45 when im only 29!

I think mine is normally about 75. Whenever they take my pulse at the doctor's it's always about 120 and they think I'm just like that all the time! One time I was hooked up to an EKG or whatever it's called, and I was finally starting to relax. My pulse was down to about 100 or so, but then a doctor and a nurse walked in the room and I saw it shoot up to 140.
