I will only do things that make me like and respect myself more
So when a decision comes up...
should I go for a run, or be lazy?
should I keep drinking and get plastered, or enjoy myself at my current level of intoxication?
should I put in an extra few hours at work, or should I screw around on my iphone?
should I read a fiction book, or a business book?
... it's easy. Which choice makes me respect myself more and like myself more?
Because that is the decision that's going to lead to more confidence.

I'm starting to be able to ask myself, how will this activity leave me feeling?
Having a run will leave me feeling energized and accomplished.
Having a nap will leave me feeling apathetic and downcast.

The stores have nice dough.. Eh, stuff.
