^ Yeah I remember when I had to switch over to gluten-free/wheat-free. It was pretty hard at first. I always found myself sneaking in wheat somehow. After a few really bad reactions though, it wasn't so bad. Sucks gluten-free is hard on the wallet though. :/ Not too bad if you're able to have rice and corn though.I've been having a hard time switching over because I've been on wheat my whole life although I'm allergic to it.

I'm having an even harder time finding and editing baking recipes to be gluten-free.
Converting and making recipes is also hard. It takes LOTS of practice. Trust me, I've failed so many times my first year. Sunken, gummy bread, rock hard bread, cookies that taste like cardboard, gummy cookies that don't taste like anything, crispy cookies that spread so much and stick to the pan, yes gluten-free is nothing but failure at first, haha. It's pretty frustrating, but the more you practice, the more awesome goodies you get in the long run.
