Haha xD
But wouldn't that just turn me into an alcoholic meth-head? I mean that's all they ever do: drink and do meth (probably a whole lotta other drugs too <__<)

I was thinking more along the lines of whatever puny lifeforce they have... not really addictions or habits.
haha
Eat them and make a warm coat for the winter and a weapon to fend off any future enemies!

I prefer the highlander route by taking their heads in a one-on-one duel to the death with swords. And sparks and lightening. There can be only one lemur! (because that takes their life force)

Hmmm I'm going to make a Highlander Lemur sometime.

I just noticed my journal thread whatchamacallit is under the Hot Topics list... Is there a glitch or something?? There must be a glitch! It just can't be true!

And I just noticed something else - "Whatchamacallit" isn't underlined in red like when there's a spelling error... so does that mean it's an actual word?

Magic?

I'd guess it goes by the amount of views a thread gets--- but then again... 'hot topics' are sometimes not seemingly hot at all... low views, low responses... I've got no idea.
I am not science.

Mayhaps. I blame it on people's boredom. I'm amazed anyone even bothers clicking on this thread to begin with. I wouldn't if I weren't me ::p:

Quit putting yourself down. Enjoy the attention that your thread is getting; you've got lively topics, so have fun with your "hot topic" award, Malice:D!

Malice, I think you reacted justly to Cody. The fact that he knows and went over to ask where you were going is a little creepy. Soon enough you'll be out of there and you won't have to deal with those crazed meth-heads any longer!

Hopefully the neighbours you get at your new place are nice and quiet.

^ Thanks Mikey. The neighborhood is very very quiet (since there is still a lot of empty land where more houses are going to be built so very few people live around there) and we have a few neighbors who all seem like pleasant people so I'm not worried in the slightest. It's a nice area - a huge difference compared to the place we're living at for the last few hours.

So yeah, tomorrow's the day! I can't believe time has flown by so fast. It's been 11 years since I last saw my house this empty, and so much has happened in those 11 years. I'm glad, but at the same time kind of sad. It feels like I'm leaving behind a large part of me... Sure my experiences in this house were pretty far from pleasant, but this is the place where I grew up. The place that helped shape me into the person I am today.

Earlier today I spent a few hours in the backyard, remembering the days I spent there playing on the swings, climbing the tree, and playing tag with my old friends. Then I put one of my feet next to the two imprints of my feet I left back when my dad was remodeling the backyard and put cement on the ground 10 years ago. I really have grown up so much since then. Wow...

Anyhow, we've packed up most of our belongings, but I still have a few things left to put away so I should get to it. We have a loooong weekend ahead of us and my back is already killing me from all the heavy lifting I've been doing for the past week. Whew... what a workout. I definitely needed it since we won't be able to take the treadmill and other exercising equipment with us until we figure out where we can put them (My mom wanted to move in right away so we hadn't really gotten a chance to figure things out beforehand) so I guess I'll be using the stairs to get my exercise for now ::p:

Oh and that reminds me. I'm gong to be without internet for a while (nooooooooooo!) so don't expect to see me around for the time being (that's probably a relief to some of you ::p:). So yeah, no internet... ugh... that's gonna be a real bummer for me -__-

Alrighty well, I really should get back to work before I slack off and double my workload for tomorrow.

Take care everyone! See you guys again soon I hope :)

We moved when I was 16 in the house I grew up in. I thought about the memories that house had, then realised a lot of them were bad and I didn't actually care about moving that much!

We will miss you, Malice! It's for a good cause, anyway (having no internet), so I hope everything goes smooth!

AT LAST, I HAVE RETURNED FROM THE DEAD! Muahahaha~ Did you guys miss me? ;D

...Yeah I didn't think so ::p:

So yeah, almost a month without internet... what fun that was -__-

Actually, it wasn't all that bad. I really needed a break from the internet anyway. Living like an Amish person for almost two weeks was definitely no fun though. No tv, no internet, no video games... there was absolutely nothing for me to do all day besides sit around, ponder life, and unpack stuff. Weee~

Everything's looking good now though. The house isn't so naked anymore and everything's finally coming together. Still pissed about all the drama we went through to get internet service though.

We originally had Verizon for internet service and we were planning on sticking with them, but unfortunately their service is only available in some parts of the city and the place we moved to is one of the regions that doesn't. So we had to go with AT&T, which we had before but stopped using because well.. their service sucked in my opinion and we were originally scheduled to have internet installed within 5 days after moving in, but AT&T kept extending the installation date later and later until they crossed the line and said they wouldn't be able to provide us with service until December 29th because of a "facilities issue", which is total BS. That would mean we would be without internet for almost 2 months and if that were the case I probably would have shot myself.

Dilemma solved though. We called AT&T, thanked them for their S***** service and went with Earthlink instead, which got installed earlier today. The connection speed is pretty fast, especially compared to my previous internet connection. I'm loving it so far.

So yeah, so far so good. The neighborhood's really nice and the neighbors seem like decent and hard-working people. What I love the most is that it's so quiet around here. No more druggie neighbors arguing over who gets to smoke the last joint. No more annoying kids kicking their ball into our yard and sneaking around on our property. Oh and the neighbor right across the street from us is quite a hottie. The day after we moved in, he was out in the front yard mowing the lawn in all his shirtless glory and I spent like half an hour spying on him. Teehee~

Moving on.. the only annoyance thus far was a week ago when we still didn't have any blinds on our windows. I was watching tv in the living room with Gizmo, happily ever after, and suddenly I hear giggling and I look to the side and see these two random girls peeking in through one of the windows. It was like 5 p.m. and it was pretty dark outside, which made their figures look dark and ominous so I was pretty freaked out at first. Seriously, it was like something out of The Shining. Two girls randomly standing there, staring at you... *shudders* Why must I attract all the weirdos...? And right when I was about to go outside to confront them, they ran off. Pfff... they sure got lucky. They could have easily gotten shot had they decided to go snoop around on the wrong person's property. Shame I didn't have a shotgun with me ::p:

Oh, forgot to mention that I don't have a desk at the moment and I am currently sitting here on the floor with the keyboard in my lap, typing all of this nonsense out. Not the most comfortable thing in the world. My hands are cramping like hell. I sense Carpal Tunnel in the near future -__-

*Sigh* Sorry if this is dragging on too long. I haven't been on here for a while and I'm just rambling complete nonsense right now to make up for all that time I've been deprived of this lovely invention we call "teh internetz".

Righto then. So did I miss out on a lot while I was gone??
Are you still a skirt-chaser, Deadman? :p
I sure missed this place. I hope all of you have been doing well :)

I missed you around here, Malice. I'm so glad everything is working out in your new neighbourhood and I hope for continuing prosperity!
