I don't know if it's wrong to laugh at this but I found it pretty funny because it seemed very out of character for a man like him lol

Genetically stronger maybe, but that's just one trait of many. Men and women are equal for the very hard and cold fact that we need each other to survive. Literally.

What each is better at becomes irrelevant at that point.

The reason why many people have social anxiety is because they fear to get hurt. People tend to hurt those who are different. Different means that they don't fit to the expectations. That includes the gender role, age, ones origins and whatnot.
The more we expect people to behave one way or the other, the more people are hurt. The solution? An open mind. Everyone has the right to become happy. Everyone has the right to do what he/she wants to, to become happy, if it doesn't involve hurting others.

Women as presidents? Men wearing skirts? People marrying no matter of their gender? Let people do what they desire. Nobody has the right to tell others how to live.
