There was maybe *one* time that I ever left the house at my old place. It was 2am and I went to the 24 hour grocery to get milk so that I could eat cereal...
And the next day, a cop was at my door because my neighbor accused me of vandalizing their house at 2am. Even took pictures of me on my front stoop from his window as I was locking the door!

... some people, I tell ya.
They have nothing better to do!

Started the day off motivated, but am feeling a little down. There's always some fault to find with me while even narcissists and sociopaths are praised if they're fun, sexy, and successful.

Feeling really sleepy today. Have had some amazing days the last two weeks though, so maybe just mentally exhausted in a good way.

Mad. Just found out a co worker is talking bad about me to other workers. Not sure weather to punch him in his big mouth or try to have him fired. This isn't the first time this has happened, or the second. Words can't describe my feelings right now. I want revenge.

Just kidding, it's (mostly) always best to follow the proper channels in these situations. You're just gonna look like a psycho if you go after him, which will just bolster his gossiping.

If you have Social Phobia,you keep getting tricked into into believing that you're about to look so unreasonably nervous in front of people that you will be completely humiliated and be cast aside by your community.

I found this statement on a website.

I'm not being tricked I am being humiliated and cast aside by my community. People react with anger to my anxiety, it's real. And it hurts. Seeing anger, seeing ridicule hurts. If it didn't hurt I wouldn't have feelings at all.
