How are you feeling?

They've simplified a few things , made it easier. No more breaths in the mouth only compression. I get a real performance anxiety when people are watching me using the dummy.
Using the dummy would be strange, but you did it, and that's all that matters. :) I like the fact that they've simplified it, so that means I have better chance of completing it!

I hate that people want me to talk, yet when I do there is no response...

Other people can sound depressing all day or say something excited and people respond to them though. Why haven't I given up yet.

Oh my mind.. I have various ideas but can´t manage to feel strongly about anything. Or it gets washed away in a few days. I don´t think I used to be like this before, at least not that bad. It seems like an incurable illness or something.

Overwhelmed with fixing problems on my own that should actually have two people working on them.

One of my favorites, yes.

Yeah. I don't even like dealing with my own problems. For some reason it seems harder for people with SA to solve problems, let alone their own problems. I hope you can take care of those issues with or without help.

Ah, so you DO like wolves. That's cool! Oh, and welcome to the forums, Yarrow!!:applause:

Feeling relieved. I just got back from talking with my brother inside his little "room." I don't know how he survives in there, but he loves staying in almost 24/7. He's definitely not claustrophobic. Anyway, the only means of communication with him is typing on the laptop (or writing on a piece of paper), and it's very slow. I found myself getting very impatient a few minutes into the "conversation." Typing sucks - there's no opportunity to practice eye contact or verbal skills. Plus it's slow as heck. I couldn't wait to end it. About 30 minutes later, I'm out and feeling so relieved!

Your brother has a tiny bedroom? Maybe that's his "safe" place. I can understand it's hard to talk to him if he's always in there, and maybe that's something you can bring up during your text conversation.

Bored and depressed. It's my vacation and i'm just staying at home, don't know what to do, no friend to hang out with. So i started thinking negatively of my SA, and it make me feel even worse
