Someone told me whatever happens , happens for the good. I have this feeling that all the anxiety etc has come for a reason. It had to come to teach me(us) some good lessons in life. I don't feel positive always...but things are more clear than before.
Anxiety definitely taught me i have to be kind to myself and others. Which i think is the greatest thing one can learn from life. Living in the present,not wasting time on past and future...handling the difficulties of life with a smiling face. The man with no legs, no hands...he has nothing to live for....but is always smiling. We can learn from such people... live happily with deficiencies.
All we see is the anxiety and the other negative things in us when there is so much good in all of us. Bear with it...good days will come for good people.
p.s: most of us are polite to others...but hate ourselves. Buddha said "You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere. You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe deserve your love and affection
