Nobody knows how Microsoft Office works. Sorry.

If I were to be dedicated to helping clients navigate this crapware, I'd expect to be paid more than I currently get from babysitting them. I already learned Dragon, which is at least intuitive. Why the whole place hasn't just installed Jarte, which is free, makes sense, and has every single feature the people here are going to use, is beyond me. If we wanted the Plus version for a couple extra features for the people who don't do well with word processors, we'd pay a fraction of Microsoft Office's price.

Standard procedure, I guess. Standard procedure sucks bull nuggets.

I'm not a fan of Microsoft either. Windows, Office, none of it.

I think fantasy and reality are starting to blur together. I feel like I am dreaming all the time. I'm waiting for myself to wake up.

I haven't tried Jarte, but I have LibreOffice on my pc since it didn't come with Microsoft Office and I wasn't willing to pay 100€ for it. I must say I miss a lot of features both Microsoft Word and Excel have, mainly customization/formatting features. I also have some problems with the formatting when saving to PDF. If Office was a bit cheaper, I'd get it.

Went to the gym in the morning (less than two hours ago), for slightly more than 30 minutes. It was an experiment to see if I would feel energized for the rest of the day, or if I would feel sluggish after a couple of hours, which happens when I go to the gym a bit before 4pm for an hour.

Well, I'm already feeling sleepy. I guess morning workouts are not for me.

I flipping HATE election day. I hate waiting for results, and the fear and disappointment I so often end up with. My anxiety is sky high. Nothing ever really changes anyway, so it basically riles me up for nothing.
It also doesn't help that my mother is upset that on Halloween my hubby and I took my 21 year old daughter and her boyfriend to a haunted bar for approximately one hour without inviting her (she hates bars and doesn't drink... so why would she even want to go?) Her feelings were hurt. I don't have the best relationship with my mother and to be honest, I wouldn't have had fun if she was there. Still, her guilt trip causes me anxiety.
My anxiety has been really bad and I suspect that it's because I have been slacking on taking my diatemaceous earth. If I start taking it again and my mood levels out then I will be comfortable in saying that it definitely makes a difference (for me, anyway.)

Oh right there with you! I would love to see us clean HOUSE and then hang the ******* for treason. Not that that would happen... but it's a nice daydream.

Do you vote? Are these local elections or something?

Voting is compulsory in Australia, so we have to go out and vote. I like the idea of you guys having the option of not voting. :)

This is when we vote for the members of Congress and some local politicians. You basically get to check D or R... We want Congress to have more republican members so that there is more republican pull on issues.

It is critical right now when Obola is giving our jobs, education, money, resources away to all the illegal immigrants. He is about to grant amnesty to all of these criminals, while we, the true citizens, are ****ed. How do you think those illegal-alien-criminals-turned-"citizens" will vote in the future? Obala's engineering population replacement for his own sick agenda.

ETA: Thank God voting is optional here, otherwise there would be that many more illiterates voting dem.

Sweetie, be careful what you say because we're not rooting for the same team.

I voted twice in my life, the first time was for the president and it was the first time I was of age to vote. The second time was for the prime minister. After that I never voted again, it's a waste of time. It doesn't matter who you vote for in this country, they all do the same stuff when they get to power. It's always the same two parties exchanging places, but even if one of the smaller parties got elected it would be more of the same or even worse (since two of the three biggest small parties are communist or close).

It doesn't matter who gets elected, they all just raise taxes and "try" to cut expenses.

As long as Americans are mostly "comfortable" absolutely nothing will change. It will be politics as usual.
Let's not forget how many people work for the government or get money from the government so those people ain't gonna rock the boat.
So we may grumble but rest assured that most people are quite happy with the status quo because it is comfortable for them and everyone only cares about what is best for them.

LOL reminds me of what my Dad used to say when we would work on projects together around the house (he wasn't much into home repair)

"Good enough for Govt. work!" haha
