Do you ever start worrying about something (even something that you’ve already thought about) and just grind and grind away dwelling on the subject? The subject matter may be quite important but even so just grinding and grinding away only serves to make me ill. I sometimes even carry it on to the next day. When I’m doing this type of thinking my mind becomes blocked. I don’t walk good, I don’t think good, I don’t carry myself well etc, etc.
I’m getting much better at not getting involved with these negative thoughts but sometimes they seem to be too powerful for me right now.
