I see my therapist tomorrow. Do any of you who see a therapist still get nervous going in, even after a dozen or so meetings?

yes, yes, yes, always.
Same goes for my doctors, although I see/speak with them at least once a month. (since I was 16... sooo... 7 years?)
Still nervous.

Good luck!

Tired, didn't get a great deal of sleep last night - not feeling well. Getting the cold, which sucks. Aside from that, I'm content and happy. :D

I'm having inner battles with myself for almost a year now. I'm quite sure I have SA, but I just can't go to the doctor. Just talking about it is so hard, even if it's a medical person. One day I hope I'll find courage.
Good luck to you :)

Good! So much inspiration, would love to do something big right now.
Read tons of books, LOL, learn a new song on guitar, roller disco, whatever ..
just Yay

Whyyyyyyyy?
^ Well there was this organization fair today at college. I wanted to go, so I went, only to realize they closed up. >.> And just seeing everyone out with their friends and what not just makes me feel even worse about being out alone.

I'll just leave it at that. I don't need to go on a huge depressive rant.

LET IT OUT! Don't hold it in. Don't have to do it here... but yeah. Hey - you'll meet ppl and make friends it doesn't happen right away; you will if you're open to the moments. Nothing to feel ashamed or down about; it's hard at a new place; no real friends, away from home for first time - feel REALLLL lonely heh - but MANY ppl at your uni are going through the same thing! Remember that =D You'll get better as spend more time there! :D

And you can always get yourself a jar of Nutellla.
