How are you feeling?

I cleaned up the flower beds and mulched the perennials. I've been saying I was going to do it for about a month now. It feels good to do something you've been putting off forever.

That is so cute!

I'm kind of irritated. I haven't seen it yet but apparently my sister is wearing one of those ahem "slutty" Halloween costumes. If girls want to wear those, fine, but to me it just screams that your costume isn't good enough on its own, or you're not creative enough, so you have to flaunt your breasts or legs or whatever to get attention, and of course you're going to get it. I'd rather get attention for my costume because it's creative, or unique, or done really well, not because I look like a hooker from Nightmare Before Christmas.

Hie yer hence from me heath!
Like this: :kickingmyself:

I've got so use to being ignored, as well as taken advantage of by those around me, I'm starting to wonder why I should even care anymore?

 Or to put it simply: I give up!

Negative. Jaded.

I used to think that when people said things like "sooner or later everyone will disappoint you" they were just being overly pessimistic, but I'm coming to the conclusion that they were absolutely right. It's not a case of 'if', just a case of 'when'.

That's one way to see it.

Another way to see it is that no one is perfect. Part of relationships, be it family, friends or love, is to accept someone for who he is, even if he makes mistakes sometimes.

I feel weird. I wish I could do more to help people, but I'm too socially messed up to actually be useful most of the time. I'm struggling to find meaning for my life.

I'm feeling so conflicted. I was supposed to test one of my dances on Friday, but the rink is two hours away and I've heard not so great things about the roads due to the storm. The local rinks have been closed so I haven't been able to practice, anyway. I've decided to just test the next test session. Oh well. I'ts only a month longer. Just makes me feel lame since it's yet another thing I'm behind in.
