Well I think all dreams mean something, it's just hard to find out what the actual reason is. My guess is, it's just my pent up emotions overflowing.

There's this surprinsingly accurate dream site, dreammoods.com. Normally I don't believe that anybody can interpret your dream but yourself, becaues we all have different views and..such.. but.. Very accurate site and unbiased. I'd say it's accurate 85% of the time.

"To dream that you are in a flood, represents your need to release some sexual desires. If the flood is raging, then it represents emotional issues and tensions. Your repressed emotions are overwhelming you. Consider where the flood is for clues as to where in your waking life is causing you stress and tension. Alternatively, the dream indicates that you are overwhelming others with your demands and strong opinion. Still another interpretation could be your desire to wipe everything clean and make a fresh new start.

To see a gentle flood in your dream, indicates that your worries over a certain matter will soon be swept away."

If you want more dreams, then sleep with your head close to a window, with the blinds / curtains open and if it isn't too cold, the window open a little. Don't know why this works, but it does..

I often dream of flying like I have flying powers but I can't control it and I fly like crazy spinning around. I've also had a couple dreams of falling for about 100 feet then BOOM wake up when I hit the ground. Then I've had a very short dream where I see bubbles with a dark background for 20 seconds then I wake next day. I've also had the opposite of that were I dreamed for quite some time then wake up thinking its the next day but it has been only 2 or 3 hours.( I kept asking my dad why is it dark outside? Isn't it day time? Funny times.) There was this one time where I woke up and tried talking to everyone but they were all sleeping and I tried talking to them even screaming but nothings coming out of my mouth.( I think I was still sleeping) When I was a little kid I often have this fake waking up moment where I levitate about 1 feet off the bed then falling down then waking up in reality. When I was a kid I also tend to lean my neck and head downs towards the bed when I sleep (so my face would face the wall on top of my head) So to answer your question yes I do dream at night.

Funny you mention that, I always go to that site whenever I try and look things up about my dreams.

But I was a bit iffy about the flood part though because whenever I had these flood dreams, I can't link them to be sexual but rather just... fear maybe? I mean there's a lot of emotions I have in those dreams.

Oh. Another thing I have when dreaming is that I can't sleep talk unless I try and scream at the top of my lungs in my dream which only comes out as a whisper in real life. I tend to find myself trying to call out to people in dreams but whenever I do, I'm mute. It's not that I can't talk, I just can't apparently call out to people. It's kinda weird.

This is actually true. My bedroom is fairly closed off and doesn't have all that much light, and I very rarely dream while sleeping in it. Occasionally I sleep in another room in my apartment, with a wide open view of the world and really tall windows, and I have the most vivid dreams imaginable. Since they're usually pretty intense, I'm not sure if I prefer it or not. I guess it makes sleeping more interesting if nothing else.

I do. I don't remember all of my dreams, but when I set my alarm very early, and push ''Snooze'' and when I hear the alarm again I DO remember my dreams!
I have really weird dreams sometimes, I once dream that I was on a slide coaster haha, stuck in a slide coaster. Isnt that weird?

I remember my dreams sometimes. Though, the weird thing is that they always seems to make a 360 degrease turn. Like, when it starts out positive is will turn into negative one towards the end. And when it's negative, it will turn positive towards the end.

Not sure what that means.. :/

Sometimes it's also funny, and they turn into full blown movies. Then I wake up and am all like ''Oh crap, no! I wanted to see how it ended. D: ''.

ok well like when i am having these thoughts that something is seriously wrong with me and im manic or bi polar and such and theres people around i feel like they all know exactly whats wrong with me. I never have asked any one directly if something is wrong with me but when im talking to people it almost seems like they are trying not to laugh or something? honestly i dont know, best way to explain it is just a feeling that every one around me knows something is wrong. I think it is just in my head but it is a very real feeling and i think part of my confusion stems from it. Like i cant trust my own feelings cuz there just in my head.

My therapist told me this, to ask myself when i have feelings like this. "where is the evidence they are thinking that?"

I used to have pretty much the same thoughts as you, and this little question i ask myself has really helped.

only problem is i feel like there is evidence there to support why im feeling that way? :( i feel like i get treated differently sometimes. Next time i will ask myself that and look for exactly HOW they are treating me differently. I dont think they are, maybe just reacting to my anxiety or my "shyness"

All people dream, the question is merely whether or not they can recall it. All human minds will dream when asleep. However, I am one of those sorts of people that will be unable to recall their dreams. I only remember them if they are important to me personally in some way.

Ohh, ok. I don't know exactly what you mean. But, when i say this to myself, it is uslaly because my belief is, "if i talk, this person will hate me, and think i am the biggest a hole in the world. They will freak out on me, and yell at me in front of everyone in the whole school, and THEN the whole school too will think i am a big freak and an a hole also. Then i will be just like my dad, and everyone will really hate me."

For my beliefs like that, this rationale works reaaaaly good.

I dream all the time. Often, I dream that I lose my teeth.

I've heard somewhere that it's usually a sign of anxiety. Especially in social settings where you need to converse or give speeches. I sometimes have that dream too.

"Dreams of falling teeth are the most common dreams that Dream Moods receives. The typical dream scenarios include having your teeth crumble in your hands, fall out one by one with just a light tap, grow crooked or start to rot. Such dreams are not only horrifying and shocking, but they often leave you with a lasting image of the dream. So what does it mean?

One theory is that dreams about your teeth reflect your anxieties about your appearance and how others perceive you. Your teeth help to convey an image of attractiveness and play an important role in the game of flirtation, whether it is flashing those pearly white, kissing or necking. Thus, such dreams may stem from a fear of rejection, sexual impotence or the consequences of getting old.

Another rationalization for these falling teeth dreams may be rooted in your fear of being embarrassed or making a fool of yourself in some situation. These dreams are an over-exaggeration of your worries and anxieties. Perhaps you feel that you are unprepared for the task at hand. However, you will find that your worries are unfounded in most cases. Sometimes what plays out in your mind is far worse than what is reality."

Looks like Dronee is accurate, if this site is, infact, accurate. (Dreammoods.com)
