I feel so full! *Sigh* Yet only managed to eat half of my dinner this evening (if that)... I'd forgotten the dramatic effect exercise has in suppressing my appetite... Probably not the best thing when I'm struggling to eat enough calories anyway... Not that I actually care about eating less... The less the better! but my husband worries about it and so I feel bad...

Ah well, perhaps I'll feel hungry later and can finish it off.

I don't like eBay. So I tried to buy something through their 'BuyNow' option, but I didn't have enough money (which I only knew about after since they were obscure about the exact total). So I went to a different buyer, and bought the same item from him/her instead.

Now, the first one is still marked as ''bought''. And according to eBay's policy you are obligated to pay ''bought'' items. For ****s sake. The seller doesn't have a e-mail either, so I'd have to call him.. internationally.

This will most likely be the last time I use eBay. I'm not comfortable with sites where you can accidentally become obligated to buy an item worth over €200,-.

Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness is a pain! Quite literally...

And so is not being able to sleep because you keep feeling like you're about to have a heart attack...

And so is experiencing palpitations due to anxiety and lack of sleep...

Wish I knew more about audio recording because I can't get a good sound quality out of my new Zoom H2n Recorder, which I bought recently. I don't know, maybe I'm just too dumb...?

eBay has its own internal messaging system. If you look near the end of the listing, you should see a link entitled "Ask a question," which will allow you to send a message to the seller with specific reference to that item. You can also click on the seller ID near the top and then click "Contact member" to send a more general message. If you explain your situation to the first seller, there's a chance that he might let you out of the deal with no hard feelings. Some sellers are cool like that, but keep in mind that he's under no obligation to do so. Generally speaking, when you buy something, whether on eBay or anywhere else, you're expected to pay for it. Good luck!

Oh my god, thank you so much. I've been trying on the dutch version of eBay which didn't have that function. I'm now logged on to the original and can contact him now.

You're a life saver.

The words of I love you spread out in meaning. For one I want to turn and walk away knowing that what you say is not true, I've heard and thought I've felt that before, I'm sorry i just can't believe you. In conversations prior, this is a time in your life where you want something better and you think I am the better choice. However we've only hung out once or twice. I can't turn completely though because I've been there and I know what that feels like. You do feel, as though a person that you've longing over for awhile, that there is a reason why. (that's where you get the destiny part) You see prosperity in the future relationship you bettering yourself with a stronger person than you've dated before. Being through that same very feeling and what I knew about him he was a complete gift, beautiful Filipino man. Strong, dignified in ways, and funny hilarious in others. What i've learned is I'm chasing something that I'll never have. I wont string you along like i felt was being done with me it's cruel to the heart. I'm sorry but I'm going to have to let you down.

Destiny doesn't exist. Soul Mates don't exist. Just a male and female trying to coexist and not kill each other.

Why is that the words, "it's just my freedom of speech!" are more often than not used next to a really stupid/discriminatory remark?

Yep, people tend to use such things to be say whatever stupidity they have in mind :/

The most recent example:

"This is MY country and I can't get tickets for the closing ceremony, I should have priority over those from other countries.
Don't tell me to quieten down - this is just my freedom of speech!!"

Said by a lady in the Olympic Park on Sunday night... an intrinsically GLOBAL event.

DOMS - Yes it does hurt - thankfully you only have to go through it once, provided you keep at it.

I have a job interview soon - cool as a cucumber. Then off the waterfront with some anxiety peeps and a swim.
