How are you feeling?

No great. But that's how it's been these past few days. Just the usual... Insomnia, depression, constantly feelin' like ah belong. And ah don't "get" people, ah really don't.

I'm also pissed off that ma oldest sister recommended my name for a volunteer service with with disabled people, like myself, withoot asking if ah wus fine with doing it. Now, dinnae get me wrong, it's not that ah wouldnae do it.

It'd just be nice if ah wus consulted on it aforehand, like. But that's my family. They tell me eff all, then get upset at me if ah do the same. :kickingmyself:

Also, ah don't know if I'd huv anythin' in common with other disabled folk, aside from the obvious? And if I'm expected to teach the anythin' computer related. Good luck! I've forgotten everythin' ah learnt at school, and I am shite when it comes imparting knowledge. Being the nervous, inarticulate, socially awkward gimp that I am.

Cruddy. Can't stop thinking about all the rude customers I had to deal with at work today. It's ALWAYS on a Sunday too. I have no problems any other day of the week. You'd think churchgoers would be more respectful to others, but I always seem to find the opposite (or at least in my area).

Why do I take it so personally though? Half the people who are rude to me are like, in their 70s or 80s. They'll be dead soon, why should I care? (Kidding. But still, why should I care?)

Sundays are definitely the worse. When I worked in customer service it was also that same group that showed the least tolerance and were immensely rude. I often wondered if it was their age, or the era that they grew up in? I don't know..

Don't let that ruin your Sunday though. I hope you still managed to have a nice day.

^ Yes exactly. I like to think with the old people they're just sick of living and that's why they're grumpy all the time. "I've lived on this Earth for too long dealing with the crap of millennials! When am I going to die already?!" I'm sure they say. It's a silly thought, but it makes me laugh and gets me to deal with them a little better. Even the thought of how someone could get so angry over a piece of deli meat when there are other catastrophes in the world to worry about also gets me laughing at times.

I mean really? It's a piece of meat... which, depending on what you get, is nothing more than chopped up and pureed meat by-products mixed with a sweetener (typically HFCS), sometimes caramel for coloring, and some hydrolyzed proteins for fillers only to be pressed out into a round or log shape so it can be cut to desired thickness/thinness and length; meanwhile it only costs a fraction for companies to make yet they triple you the cost while you think you're getting a good deal. Yummy and cheap and so nutritious!

I didn't think it was possible to be any more miserable than I already was.....I was wrong. It's just a nightmare you can't ever wake up from.

I don't think I have ever been this miserable in my life. Today is just sh*tting all over me. Will it ever end? I'm not so optimistic these days so I am pretty sure it will haunt me till my dying days. How I wish my dying day would be today, but I'm not so lucky so there is a good chance i'll wake up tomorrow morning to the same misery and just have to carry on with my day like everything is OK. I'd like a refund on life please :kickingmyself::crying::kickingmyself::crying:

That's my life for you. The only thing I can add to this, at least in my case, is letting people down. It just hurts me so bad.

Well that was a bad day. Nothing hugely major that made it bad just 1000 little things all added up with an underlying feeling of anger and unease.
Good times, not!

More people getting upset with me because I keep letting everyone down. FML, I just want it to end already. Life just doesn't feel real to me anymore. The more I try the more I fail. Yup I'm what you call an expert good for nothing piece of sh*t.

Yep! That's pretty much sums how ah feel as well. As depressin' as it is too relate.

It is sad that we, and others as well here, know what this misery is. To think all we ask is to have a fair shot at life without any issues holding us back. Are we really asking for too much? Sometimes I wonder
