The Mummy (1959) - 7/10

Christopher Lee gets all wrapped up in his love for Yvonne Furneaux. Who wouldn't? Pretty good Hammer "remake" of the 1932 Universal classic, despite lots of changes (and lots of mistakes). Enjoyable, if you're not too serious an Egyptologist.

The Cabin in the Woods: 7/10 stars

It seems everyone has been watching this lately.

It was different than most horror movies. It reminded me of a horror version of the Truman Show.

Prepare to be surprised. Lots of crazy killers in this one. Very random movie.

Salvation Boulevard: 6/10 stars

Odd movie once again. I thought it was sort of funny. The plot worked.

National Geographic: North Korea 7/10 stars

Ah, freaking beautiful man. So much knowledge gained in this one.

North Korea is such a danger to us. Quotes in the movie from random citizens of NK were something like "I want to kill Americans." Eh, talk about freaky, right?

They want people like me dead just for being American.

4th largest nuclear power in the world yet maybe the most isolated country in the world. No internet there, and they obsessed over a man (KIm Jong Ill) not sure on that spelling, but they obsessed over him even though he was responsible for the starvation and other problems.

They have freaking concentration camps there. Talk about messed up. People can't even leave their country for the most part as far as I know. They are brainwashed.

Paranormal Activity 4 - 7/10

If you didn't like the previous ones, you won't like this so don't bother. I happen to enjoy this series and this one was no different. Very entertaining.

I just watched Adaptation.
I thought it was really good despite the last 30 minutes getting sidetracked and changing tone too much. Thought it had some poignant moments and insightful thoughts.

I have a love hate relationship with Nic Cage. I think he's great especially when he's playing a neurotic type, but hes in so many awful looking films you couldnt pay me to see. Im looking at you Sorcerer's Apprentice.

Pyaar Impossible Which Means love impossible. It a bollywood import romantic comedy. I found it real good although I am not big on musicl type movies I liked it. If you don;t like bollywood stuff or romantic comedys you probably would want to pass on it. Its a good story and the kid is cute in it. Uday Chopra and Priyanka Chopra star in it.

Today, watching The Island, 2005 with Ewan McGregor, Sean Bean?

Interview

new job. Boring..?

It's my new Gattaca. Chasing the ultimate challenge to be the best of the best, in life, as I did from starting school

I usually give my impression on a movie, or music, before I'm finished. Hoping it'll be what I hope for

The Perks of Being a Wallflower 8.5/10

Quite faithful to the book and the cast was surprisingly effective.

Scrooged 8/10

I'll always have a soft spot for this movie. It came out the year I was born (My sister: It's that old!??) and gets me in the Christmas spirit.
