Rango

I'm not sure what to think of this movie. It was cute, but I was completely distracted by the non-logic of it all to truly enjoy it. Cats and turtles and chameleons are all the same size? I don't think so.

6/10 - Johnny Depp is just too adorable for me to give it a bad grade.

Buried: 8/10 stars

If you are patient and pay attention to the entire movie, this movie is interesting and intense. Ryan Reynolds is great, and the voice actors are just as good.

Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1 - 9/10

I've never been a fan of David Yate's direction on these films. I mean, his work was just okay imo. But I think he really outdid himself on this one :) Sucks I didn't get to see this movie in theatres. I just went out and bought it today. ^-^

Yeah, I was rather impressed with it. I'd put it up there with Prisoner of Azkaban as my favorite HP movies. I like when they have a darker edge. Of course I saw it the night it came out. Prepaid for my tickets, went with a group, showed up late, and ended up sitting at the very far left of the second row. I felt like I was reading the movie, not watching it. I ordered it off of B&N.com, so I'll get to see it properly this time.

^ Yeah Prisoner of Azkaban is, hands down, my absolute favorite. It had some pretty cheesy humor moments in it, but I still loved it. And awesome you got to see it the night it came out. :)

Limitless: 7.5/10. I liked the protagonist, his character and look. Interesting movie though.

Red Riding Hood: 4/10. I kinda thought it raped the fairytail Red Hood. This is some different and dark version of it with another story line. The effects in the movie were bad in my opinion. Nothing really interesting. I kinda liked the ending and the beautiful actors;)

Tron: Legacy

Special effects: 10/10 They were AWESOME!

The actual movie : WTF?/10 - I'll admit to coming into the movie a little late, but my sister, dad, and I were lost for most of the movie. We did ooooh and aaaah at the effects, though. :) It may take another watching for me to get a grasp of the plot.

The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill But Came Down a Mountain.

Not good, not bad. Not recent either, but I wanted to stick with the Mountain Of The Day theme.

Source Code - memorable SF; 8.9/10

8.9? very precise :D I liked it too although it seemed to have stolen the idea from an awesome DS game I played called Ghost Trick.

Two films I watched recently and really enjoyed

Four Lions 9/10 absolutely hilarious about a London Muslim based group of wannabe extremists. Very funny but also very plausible, although I wouldn't recommend it to anyone outside the UK as you might not be able to understand their accents lol

Harry Brown 7/10 great premise but the second half was a bit of a let down and unrealistic.

Inception - 10/10

Easily the best movie I have ever seen (And also the trippiest). So thought provoking and just incredible. Christopher Nolan, you are a genius. :D
