I love road trips with no particular destinations, those are the best.
I used to drive all over, then my car broke, I got too broke to fix it and now I never get to go anywhere f-ing depressing man!

I just seen on the news where in a running of the bulls, 5 people where gored and had to be taken to hospital.
As I watched the footage of people taunting the bulls, I found myself cheering for the animals.
Watching people get thrown around like rag dolls by these animals made me feel good.

Oh and you live in California. Follow the pacific coast up to Seattle? Or up to Vancouver? Keep going up to go to Alaska? Go in the desert instead? Pick up a city and go there? Lots of possibilities.
And have you ever tried a road-trip alone? If you dislike being alone in general you will probably get bored, but if you actually like solitude, seriously going alone is the best.
