I need to change up my diet somehow. All my bodyfat accumulates around my midsection but the rest of me stays skinny.

If you don't mind me asking, what sort of foods do you eat on a daily bases? Such as dairy products, sweets, grains, meats, poultry? Things like that.
Also, do you exercise at all?
I always find that adopting a vegan diet is a sure-fire way to drop some serious weight.
I am a meat freak. I like using my teeth to tear off hunks of flesh from bone. Beef and poultry probably tops the list but I do eat some veggies.MotherWolff said: ↑If you don't mind me asking, what sort of foods do you eat on a daily bases? I was lifting weights up until the end of September when I had a serious muscle injury which took weeks to heal (much too long) and needed some physical therapy on the side. Still not at a 100% though.
Personal charisma: it goes a long way.
I think my body might react to sadness with vomiting, that or it's a coincidence.

The whole situation is sick. Only way that I can describe it.
Awesome. My brother came into my room this morning;
''Hey, do you have to go to work today?''
''Yes, I do.''
''Crap, so you'll need your bike then?''
''Yeah, sorry.''
Later that morning when it was time to get up I notice my keys and bike are gone anyway. Perfect. What the Hell am I going to do now? What, am I going to call them and say I can't come because my main form of transport is borrowed without my consent?
It's funny how HIS car being broken ****s ME over somehow.

A whole new world has just opened up to me. I cannot go into detail but I feel as if I have a chance at some amazing things happening, things I could only dream of before now.

Hey, that's great. I hope it'll bring over some positive changes in your life where you see fit, whatever it is.
Very kind of you to say Puma-Thank you!

Sure thing. 😉
It's still there, it's most likely water damage from the upstairs neighbours. We assume they dropped a bucket of water (or worse) and never bothered to properly clean/dry it, causing the material to become brittle and flaky causing it to crack over time.
There's bright and dark marks that distinctly look like water damage as well, reinforcing the theory. It's not particularly dangerous, though.
Yeah, that's lame, mate. Did you end up getting to work?BlackPuma said: ↑Awesome. My brother came into my room this morning;

Spill the details! 😀 (Happy for you, Molly!)MollyBeGood said: ↑A whole new world has just opened up to me. I cannot go into detail but I feel as if I have a chance at some amazing things happening, things I could only dream of before now.
Oh good deal Puma, that's comforting to know it is not a structural issue for sure! Hope you get some better neighbors soon.
@Mickey-no way! 😛

I will rejoice once you are free of your current living circumstances, Puma.

Sometimes I accidentally click on the first page of this thread and see the bottom post by coyote... I get excited to see he is back before I realize it's the first page, not the most recent.

Plot twist, Pacific Rim 2 is shot entirely on my roof. The Kaiju are bugs and the jaegers are replaced by mini-drones and action figures.
It's only a slightly better plot than the original.

No, I couldn't unfortunately. There's only the bus or walking as alternatives. Commute independence is a strong factor in my pre-work confidence ritual.
When I found out walking was no longer an option due to the time. Let's just hope it doesn't happen again.
@Opeline,
I’m trying to explain to the homeless people who are helping what is the matter with me. They are not grasping what I’m saying and as they say a picture paints a thousand words.
A while ago you posted a picture of a young women in the foyer of a college. There were no other students in the picture. The point of the picture is that it showed the startled eyed hyper vigilant look of the student.
Do you remebember this? Is so can you please post it again?
