I need to learn how to stop placing others on pedastools. Quitting smoking is probably easier. Can't..stop. It will be my demise.

I never was a smoker myself but I heard those patches work. I knew a guy at the office who had one of those fake electronic water vapor cigarettes. I thought it was some kind of joke but he said that it controlled his urges. Worth a shot!

This is nice, though I'm with awkwardamanda. The last one looks like someone was testing out the spraypaint tool in Paint. :)

I see that post is from Tumblr. Do you have the link for it or the original poster?

What if someone cuts off your hand? You know...because they are mean...

The logical error here is arguing from the specific to the general. Yes, catatrophic events take place. However, they are very rare. Making an outlier the standard or expectation leads to the situation described in the diagram.

So, yesterday we had another board game evenig. It was fun. Just me, two of my best friends, and two so-so friends, played for about five hours. All good and fun. Today, I just had a relaxed day, meeting nobody, doing nothing special. And tomorrow I'll munch cake at one friend and go to a video evening later on.

The thing is, that I just saw on facebook the two close friends of mine from yesterday having a second board game evening, with photos how happily they are playing and whatnot. And I just wonder: why didn't they tell me? They play at another, very close friend of mine, who just lives five minutes away from my place. I assume that they started playing more or less without planning (though they did carry the board games around to that friend living nearby)... I guess it was just that they were already too many people, since the game they played could just be played with four people. But still, somehow it makes me sad and gives me the feeling of being excluded in some way.

I practiced some more driving today without completely freaking out and being overly anxious. Success! I'm almost ready for my roadtest, but I still won't be surprised if I don't get my license the first time around.

Feeling spoiled with this tab super fast internet access.

Or maybe it's my old roommate who made me feel guilty about being materialistic.

I feel lonely and bored but I'm not feeling sad about it, its just how I feel now. That's how I feel everyday anyway, kinda somewhat used to it.
