really pissed off with my mum and sister at the moment, there was this pigeon by the bus stop that had been run over but for some reason i couldnt stop staring at it and had this massive urge to go and poke it...of course i didnt.
when i got home i told my mum and sister and asked why they think i couldnt look away from it and the response i got "was your ****ed up in the head" i took it as a joke and laughed but my mum turnt round and said "im not joking i dont know what happened to you, i raised you to be normal but you just turned out worse then i could have imagined" which my sister followed up with "you must be adopted no-one in this family is that ****ed up"
its like wtf i only asked for there opinion on something i didnt quite understand and i got insulted into the ground

actually your response is very normal, (i know scary) a human or animal comes accross a wounded or dead creature our natural response is the poke it so to speak or to nudge it, just to see if its still alive. your mind was curious, that is all it was. my cats bring my loads of dead creatures into my house and once there was a squirrel and i just couldent stop staring at it. i didnt know if it was definately dead and that made me want to poke it lol , then i ran off and got my husband because i cant deal with dead animals :eek:h:

Re: Sad Face

Yes, there is. Ice cream is a dairy product, but it exists in solid form. It comes in various flavours besides vanilla, such as chocolate, strawberry etc. It is meant to be eaten cold.
At first I was like, huh? Then I was like, oh, I see what you did there.

It's been unseasonably warm here since yesterday. I'm enjoying it though. And it's sunny and beautiful out - does wonders for my mood! :)

I have a very small dilemma. And it's about food, haha

I like boiled eggs. But I don't like the yolks in them. I just eat the whites. The funny thing is, most people like the yolks but many don't eat them for health reasons. I am having the opposite problem - I don't eat them because I don't like the taste (or texture, yuck), but I want all the nutrition in them. I suppose I could just make scrambled eggs or an omelet if I want the yolk in there, but I like boiled eggs the best :'(

I know, such a pressing issue.

As much as I love my cat, coming to sit in front of my screen while I am in the middle of a game is not acceptable, nor is lying down and sleeping on my arm.

Haha yes. My cat likes to walk across my keyboard while I'm in the middle of something. When she was a kitten she used to sit right on my keyboard and curl up and try to go to sleep - she liked the warmth. Bad kitty

FB can be very deceiving. I think a lot of people who spend hours on FB (like I use to) are socially isolated. Many of them feel the need to list "anything" just to sound like their fun and interesting...........but, a lot of them are feeling like they're boring.

My heater wasn't working yesterday so I slept uncomfortably, feeling very cold. I also had a couple of bad dreams. I dreamt about living with my brother in an awful apt, seeing our apt being broken into, and begging my parents multiple times to stop making me live with my brother in such a terrible neighborhood. The dream felt so real that I thought it was actually real.

i think i fluctuate between two contrasting states, however both bring about the same sad, disappointing outcome.

the first state is that of being pushed into a world of unequals, and being surrounded by others who only show me how inept i am. in this world i feel this pressure to succeed amongst them, by following their rules and expectations, but i'm left as a nervous wreck who fails anyway. like in quicksand the more i try, the quicker and further i sink.

the other state is where i'm now. i have escaped enduring a life amongst the rest, but have profited a meaningless, purposeless, and utterly boring existence. i'm capable of accomplishing nothing within a world so void of anything beyond my little bubble. i have no one to confide in or to channel my good emotions to. i'm left with nothing to do, and worst still with nothing to stop me from thinking about it.

Mine did the same thing when I used my laptop she would try ald sleep on the keyboard or she would try and get underneath it in my lap.

^ Something I have discovered over the relatively recent past is that SA makes you think something is irrecoverable when it is really just a hiccough. Possibly that will only be the case if you assume that it is and break off contact.
