Hi everyone, I'm new here but decided to join, so I don't feel like I'm the only one with SA lol. I'm from Peru, been living in the States for 9 years now and I'm going through therapy at the moment...anyways I don't know how to post my pic on the thread, if somebody can help? thanks

Hey, Pachito, welcome to the forum. :3

You can do it in two ways, but I'll explain the simple one for now. ;3 When you go click on the ''Go Advanced'' button (located under the post window).

From there, you click on the ''Manage Attachments'' button (located in the ''Additional Options'' section, underneath the ''Submit Reply''- and ''Preview Post'' Buttons).

Clicking ''manage attachments'' should open a new windows. Now simply ''browse'' and select the photo you want to upload.

When it's uploaded, you just post your post. There will be thumbnail under your post with your photo in it, when people click it, it'll show.

You could a follow Puma's advice but you had it right the first time when you tried to use the HTML tags. Remove the "/" from the end of the URL and it will be fine.

the problem is not your looks -- do you ever try starting conversations with any girls? i'm assuming if you have SA then the answer is most likely no. THAT is what you need to focus on. you could be the best looking guy in the world and still not make any progress in your love life if you don't actually take the initiative by talking to a girl. and believe me.. i know it's not easy when you have SA (i never kissed a girl until i was 23) but you have to force yourself or things will never change.
