when I get really stressed, I listen to music. trying to clear my thoughts out of my head and let the music flow to my mind. I also draw of course and read.
Listening music, watching movies and shows and anime, read manga books or read magazines/fiction books, draw cartoons, write lyrics in my notepad, rpg games, just lay down on the couch and think about zero stuff.
I try and face what is stressing me out in the first place (be it issues at work, projects, etc). When that fails I try really hard to "not care". Not that I'm often successful at it.
I used to do Capoeira. I suppose it worked, but unfortunately my growing anxiety has deterred me from going back over the past couple of years.
