Like an idiot. Snapped at my mum yesterday evening and told her how all her negative, cynical, snide comments have made me feel since I was a teenager. So, she's no speaking to me today. My fault, really. ::

I´m sorry to hear. Maybe you should ask her to watch a nice movie with her or talk about positive things, or simply give her a cup of coffee or cook the meal today. Just some ideas.. and say sorry, would be good to forgive and forget.
I'm in the same boat, but am starting over today! Started the day with a bowl of oatmeal and blueberries, and a big glass of water.Plus a big resolution I had planned for 2012 simply isn't happening (eat better).

Maybe you can distract yourself for a little while to reduce your anxiety a bit, focus something you like doing or maybe take a walk, watch some movies, music whichever works best![]()
You're very right, but it can be hard when you have zero willpower. I cooked a healthy lunch yesterday so I don't know why I wasn't able to follow that up. Oh, well.
