How are you feeling?

Like an idiot. Snapped at my mum yesterday evening and told her how all her negative, cynical, snide comments have made me feel since I was a teenager. So, she's no speaking to me today. My fault, really. ::(:

I´m sorry to hear. Maybe you should ask her to watch a nice movie with her or talk about positive things, or simply give her a cup of coffee or cook the meal today. Just some ideas.. and say sorry, would be good to forgive and forget.

Yeah, I said sorry after I snapped at her. But, I don't know... Things are just awkward right now. At least she knows how I've felt these last few years. Strange, how the things you don't acknowledge are the hardest things to accept.

I think I just need some space right now, time alone to think. Better I keep to myself for now. Better off not saying because I just end up

Im dying from anxiety right now arggg, only thing that I know how the school is going to be is like 8am to 8pm everyday haha and the schedule is still in a mess and I don't know what class Im supposed to be in.

Plus a big resolution I had planned for 2012 simply isn't happening (eat better).
I'm in the same boat, but am starting over today! Started the day with a bowl of oatmeal and blueberries, and a big glass of water.

All we can do is pick ourselves up and try, try, try again! :)

Although it's probably not good that you snapped, it is likely good that you got everything out so she knows how you feel. Now you can move forward and start with a clean slate! :)

yeah it'll be when I get started :) just this is so much and Im going back after a 3 year break

Maybe you can distract yourself for a little while to reduce your anxiety a bit, focus something you like doing or maybe take a walk, watch some movies, music whichever works best :)

yeah I definitely would if all this snow and ice wouldn't be a threshold haha but I listen just to music and chat with interesting and loving people on here :)

Unable to concentrate.

I apologize to the many people here who have written deeply felt posts I haven't been able to respond to. Being unable to think of a reply is bad enough, but worse I'm not always able to even read them. My mind keeps skittering away.

You're very right, but it can be hard when you have zero willpower. I cooked a healthy lunch yesterday so I don't know why I wasn't able to follow that up. Oh, well. It's also too bad I don't really eat oatmeal or blueberries. ;)

I feel stupid!
That's not good, Srijita. Why?
