A back pain epidemic?

My back pain is settling down after 18 days. I just ran 5 minutes on the stop without problem. Will do and hour on the exercise bike and see how that goes.

Just saw the movie Donny Darko and liked it very much. Drank a few beers (alone ofc) and feel a little bit drunk but i feel good! I think i need to drink more often! I could so easily be an alcoholic....

I can hear lots of fireworks and parties going on outside, the world is having fun, I'm not.

Yeah, I can relate. I feel like a cynical old woman because the noise of fireworks is really beginning to irritate me. But it's all in good spirit.

Glad Halloween isnt a big thing in my country. Fearing the fact that new years is getting closer though. I hate 31 dec....I dont have anywhere to go that day.
