How are you feeling?

I feel..weird, I don't know why.
I hope you're still okay.

I live in Iran. Until a few months ago I thought I had enough money to continue my studies overseas when all of the sudden the value of the country’s currency dropped to one third and didn’t rise back (in the midst of my application process)making me realize that my long-term goal that I had work towards was no longer possible when I’d gotten so close to it. Needless to say I also spent a lot of time studying for the entry level exams.
Wow, that's really terrible. I heard about two months ago or so that the Iranian government disallowed women from studying around 80 subjects for no reason. Is that true? Is that why you were looking to study overseas?

Just sick and tired of everything new I try to improve things ending up failing after a short while. The so called "light at the end of the tunnel" is hardly visible anymore.
I know the feeling very well. Anything bothering you in particular?

Yes it's true. But my main reason for wanting to study abroad was mostly that the university that offered the major I was applying for was better ranked and over here there's also a hard entry level exam making poeple study useless stuff if they want to continue their studies.(Mainly because of the population and there not being enough universities according to the demands)

I understand. I hope you can still go do your studying overseas. What country were you going to go to?

Happy! It's my first wedding anniversary today, so we've just shared a croissant and jam breakfast and opened cards and presents. ^_^

Hie yer hence from me heath!
:kickingmyself: Pissed off! I hate ma family, I really do. F**kin' hypocritics that they are.

Why is it, I've got tae tell ma oldest sister every detail o' ma life (what am doing, every online purchase) or I get accused of "tellin' her f**kin' all!". Nice tae see am entitled tae some privacy. And she tell me f**k all about her life (not that I give a f**k, anyway). But, of course, am the one with "anti-social tendencies", according to her.

I think, in future, I'll just maself tae maself - much like I do now. Aye, sure, it gets lonely, but, at least, I've got my privacy.

Sorry just needed tae vent ma emotions a wee bit, there.

I like seeing others who are happy and enjoying their lives but it depresses me that I can't say the same for myself.
