You've made progress, so that's always a good thing! I don't do well on "diets" so I'm just trying to eat what I want, but eat less of it and not so much junk stuff. At some point I'm going to need to step up my exercise level, which is the really hard part for me.im alright, im going to end my diet tomorrow. so 4 weeks. this week im so tired... just want it to end, craving carbs and feeling beat up.
i lost some fat (and some muscle)... im not where i want to be... i may need maybe about 1-2 more months of dieting, but for now i have to stop. maybe try again in a month or so.
