Oh yes, love his voice when he says that.
I often remember the whole scene/dialogue better than just one single quote.
I love the part in LOTR when Gandalf talks to Frodo about Gollum in the Mines of Moriah when he's following them in the shadows.

The following scene from The Good, the Bad, the Ugly ranks very high on my list.
Tuco and Blondie find shelter in a monastery, where Tucos brother lives as a monk. Tuco and his brother fall out with each other over the diverging lifestyles they've chosen. Next scene: While driving away on a carriage, not knowing that blondie had actually seen everything, Tuco lies to blondie telling him how happy he is that he can always go back to his brother, who will wait for him with a warm meal, just like the one they've just had etc. He's obviously quite down. Blondie finds a way to go along with Tucos lies and still console him: he offers him a cigar. "Well, after a meal there's nothing like a good cigar". (The phrase is more poignant in other languages, just for the record)
Watch it, it's a veritable antidepressant:
