Hi guys! I've been doing iontophoresis for about 20 days and its been working really well. Today, however, when I woke up, I started sweating... I dont know why. Also, I felt vibrations in my right arm. There are still coming and it is really scaring me. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks by chubbs

Anyone tried Piracetam & Choline bitartrate for anxiety and sweating issues? Are these safe or ok to use? I've seen posts claiming reduced/cured sweating by reducing anxiety. I'm cured! Has anyone tried odaban for their hands? I originally didn't want to use products with aluminum, but with the weather getting so hot, I desperate for anything. It got really good reviews for armpit sweat, but there were only 2 reviews for hand sweating. The reviews were good for hand sweat, but only 2 reviews doesn't mean that it will work. by jay77

I am considering purchasing this machine. I don't know whether to get direct current or pulsatile. I have read that the pulsatile is much more comfortable, but is there a difference in the effect? I've also read that some people found PS not working and they started doing direct and it worked. Is there a toggle between direct and pulsatile for... by annafi

Hi all, Hoping some of you might be interested in answering questions on an (anonymous!) hyperhidrosis-related survey I've developed. As a lifelong HH sufferer myself, I'm trying to gather information and experiences from others to help raise awareness and build resources for the HH community. Your input would be greatly appreciated. ... by ClammyBook

I found a new interesting iontophoresis from Czech Republic. It's called Antipe Iontophoresis. It comes with various colors. Here's the link. Antipe Digital Iontophoresis - Antipe I'm not sure whether it's a pulsed or direct current. But it seem it's the pulsed one since they can be applied on underarm. For the price, here's the ebay... by hh_sucks

Hi, I am new to the forum. I was looking to purchase a machine and I am in the US. Anyone know a credible source I can buy the iontophoresis machine from, without a prescription? Also, any suggestions? My hands can get dripping wet at times, and I do not wish to go into the invasive ETS procedure. I hear botox is very limited as well. I am pretty... by annafi

Was so sick of it that I wanted a cure fast. When I was 14 I got ets surgery. my parents being immigrants to Canada just thought it would stop the sweating but the side effects were... by stacker

Hi, I want to close my account here, I would be grateful if you help me with this. I just didn't know how to that, some one said by sending a request to webmaster that would happen. But I even didn't know how to send a direct message. So thank you in advance for you attention. by Mey

Hello everyone. I am 18 and I've had hyperhidrosis pretty much my entire life. I'm tired of it. I'm close to giving up, but I won't until I've tried everything I can. I've tried Ionto, herbal, drysol, acupuncture, glyco etc. I don't think Hyperhidrosis has to do with anxiety, at least in my case. I think it has to do with how I wake up... by chubbs

Hello All, First post here. I've suffered from generalised hyperhidrosis since ****rty, but it is sweating from the head that I found most difficult to live with. Currently, I don't really enjoy life as such rather just exist. Like many I avoid lots of things because of the embarrassment I feel when sweating heavily. It doesn't take too much to... by Llama

I'm still a young guy, and although I've had hyperhidrosis for all my life, it still kills me every day. Anyone have experience taking glyco then switching to oxybutynin or vice versa? Wondering if one is more effective than the other? My derm recently recommended I try Ditropan (Oxybutynin) instead of the Robinul (Glyco) I am on for my palmar/plantar to see if it would be more effective? I take 1.5 mg of glyco in the AM, if I go much higher then... by blueherron

Hey everyone. I have been using an iontophoresis unit successfully for years in Florida. I recently moved to North Carolina and all of a sudden, the iontophoresis stopped working. In Florida, I would use plain tap water and it worked very well because the water there is very hard. I would only have to do 1 or 2 maintenance sessions (30 minutes) a... by crimsonstar

I thought I would start a thread on potential future treatments. I have always been a positive person in life and I think looking towards the future helps with that. I have been suffering for the past 10 years and I now work full time and sweat beads on ALL OVER MY BODY....I work for NASA FYI (if that gives motivation to anyone haha). But... by mets4life

Hi everyone! I posted on here a while ago about what I could do best with my sweaty hands on my new job. I started wearin gloves, and I discovered something strange. Sometimes my hands get dry after a while when I have my gloves on. They just feel so dry that I actually want to take my gloves of, but as soon as I take them of, they start... by Fruit

I've been using the RA Fischer machine as instructed. After 4 treatments, I've noticed very small blisters on the back of my fingers. Is this something I should be concerned about? Should I continue treatment as instructed? The blisters are small but my fingers do seem red and swollen at those points. Thanks! by chubbs
