How are you feeling?

Nervous.
The worry is snowballing. I start study next week.
Feel like I am embarking on a journey out to the open sea, and I haven't been sailing for years.
I hope my brain still works!

Good luck Blue Days. Nerves are natural, maybe a goog thing. Hopefully they will vanish once you start study and get lost in learning. You've got the motivation to really do well. Sail on!

Thanks Kiwong :)
It is slightly exciting to get another chance at improving my life
I am madly devouring all of the positive/inspiring quotes I can find on the net!

Tired. I had several bouts of OCD today. My mind keeps obsessing over negative thoughts, and random songs keep popping into my head. Imagine a loud band playing inside my head - that's what it feels like. My mind is screaming this and that, I'm trying to be the passive observer but somehow got drawn into the chaos, and pretty soon, I find myself entangled in the whole mess. I need a meditation session or 2 to clear my mind and get myself back on track.

Tired and stressed. I've noticed I am almost constantly tense. I've tried to become more aware - "mindful" is the hot word right now - of it and relax, but it's hard work, all that relaxing :p I try to relax my muscles consciously and try to deep breathe to maintain the calm, but it doesn't seem to work very much.

^Did something great happen Rawz?

Well did a upper body workout today and was able to lift heavier weight on almost every weight. One of the exercise I did today I hadn't done in a long time, and the increase in weight was huge.

Really though, what it is, is finding out I had a vitamin D deficiency and getting it take care of. Before I knew about it, I was working very hard at getting stronger (stretching everyday, massaging, iceing, contrast showers, etc) and was making little to no progress. Now I'm making progress every week. Full throttle.

Heck, after the weight lifting, which was pretty strenuous, I did about 15 loads of firewood (throwing the wood in a wheelbarrow, emptying in the basement). And I did deadlifts yesterday! I used to only dream of this kind of physical activity. I used to feel like an old man. Now I feel much closer to my real age.

It's just fantastic. :)

Ah :) that's great you were able to discover a vitamin D deficiency and fix that. Congrats with the deadlifts! :)

You'll do fine! Your brain still definitely works so I think it'll be all okay.

Nice work, mate. Feeling good physically usually translates to feeling good mentally, too.

I feel better. I've given myself a new idea. Somewhat. Though I have no clue how well I'd be able to execute the idea.

Every morning I wake up feeling dreadful, hating myself and where I'm at in life. It takes me half the day to get functioning again, then next day back to zero again
