You sounded so determined not to let it win yesterday. Just hang onto that determination a bit longer. ((Hugs))If I were you I wold make a huge sign with "Three Years!" written on it and stick it on my bedroom wall, so that I could constantly be reminded how well I have done everyday to help keep up that determination.

Thank you BlueDays. Yesterday was a very low day for me. But today is slightly better as the temptation is not as strong. I'm doing my best not to let it win.
