Yes, I can feel my entire back and shoulders tense up, I have a bad back and bad shoulders from it.
I also notice I stop breathing, and have a hard time controlling it

Yes, stiffness is the most common symptom, followed by lack of eye contact, fast breathing, and sometimes shaking.

*Edit: Now I can add crying to my list.

Natural movements become weird and controlled. I look like a string puppet controlled by an amateur puppeteer.

I sometimes feel sick or faint. I also become really aware of my body and how i'm walking, moving etc and become even more self conscious. I occasionally stutter if i'm really nervous and don't like making eye contact or my mind will go completely blank.

When I'm surrounded by people in a quiet setting I usually get shortness of breath. I end up having to inhale really loudly and yawn a lot and it's super embarrassing.

My hands get sweaty, I feel the constant need to crack my knuckles, I get fidgety and nervous on the inside.

I had a series of panic attacks from 2002 to 2007 related to anxiety. I have the panic under control now.

Yes.
Increased heart rate, excessive sweating, restlessness (can't sit or stand still), and terrible nervousness. Sometimes I'm also tongue tied (well, depending on the situation).
People then ask me if I'm okay, which only makes things worse.

Mostly too much air in my digestive system, which becomes very uncomfortable since I try to stop the noises coming out from my stomach/intestines. I'll feel like throwing up if I try to eat something. Sometimes I might feel like going to the bathroom to take care of some other businesses. I also can't do my business in the bathroom in certain environments (specially peeing), which is also a physical manifestation of my social anxiety I guess.

I feel kind of embarrassed talking about this (even here), it feels... I don't know, maybe more disgusting than most physical manifestations. I think that's why I have this reaction, because it causes me more anxiety. If I had blushing or sweating I probably wouldn't feel as anxious about the reactions since they're much more common reactions.

I used to feel accelerated heart beat, dry mouth, avoid eye contact, stiff movements and having to plan every single body movement (even it included crossing my legs). Eating or drinking on front of people would be a huge no no. I'd get all sweaty and I'd be shaking all over.

Thank goodness I was able to control and stop all of that.

Yup, I get a lot of physical symptoms from anxiety. I am constantly high strung and tense so it really doesn't take much to set off a lot of physical symptoms for me. I'll get the pounding heart rate, panic, fast breathing, super dilated eyes, shaky hands and voice, and whatever else. I get a lot of them and look so obviously nervous. Then I get even more nervous about looking so nervous...

Yes :/ I tend to blush a lot and I get really shaky. Sometimes things I'm scared of makes me wanna cry... in public... It's the worst.

My shoulders tend to go up, My heart rate increases, panic attacks, words never come out, I get nervous, shy, I tend to play with a bracelet so I wont make any eye contact, I start shacking a bit ( I basically can't stay still ), I feel pressure which causes my eyes to get a bit watery ( that's when I just want to cry ), I start feeling fear, I get extremely depress, I'm basically a "nervous wreck" I think that's what it's called...

When mine is triggered my hands will tremble (most notably the right hand), heart beats faster and my stuttering doubles.

Increased sweating, stomach cramps (which make me feel the need to keel over or use the bathroom) and the lack of eye contact I am able to make with my surroundings. I'll tend to focus on something in my hands, the floor, or whatever it is I'm doing without really paying attention to it.
