I just got done reading the new chapters of Countrouble and, I have to say, the story got me scared for a minute, then it slowly crept it way back to happy! The boy finally confessed to his crush, but he got whisked away somewhere. However, the boy's friend was there to hear his crush's answer. She said that she couldn't go out with him, so the friend tried to hide it away from him. He found out and they broke up, but he went back and apologized to her when he found out why she was doing what she was doing! Long story short, the boy confessed to her three times and, on the third try, she didn't say yes...... or no. Now, they're getting ready to go on a date on Sunday!
I also got to talk to my sister-in-law after a long time!

I decided to go to the gym today and become productive. I felt exhausted but better after it. As it turned out it has been 28 days since I last went there! I am hopeless.

I finally got rid of some of my old clothes today. Donated them to the Salvation Army. I wasn't going to stay, but my mom always has to look. Anyway, just as she decided, "Okay I'm leaving." I saw the nicest pair of Converse and just had to look at them. As luck would have it, they fit me perfectly and they were only $3 which is exactly what I had in my pocket.

Well this was yesterday but I finally called a psych and set up an appointment for next Tuesday.
Now I'm sure more good has happened to others today even a little thing...

I got the job I wanted!!
If that hadn't happened, I'd say the good thing from today would be that my son refused to fight a boy who was picking on him. He even said, "I'm not going to fight you" and walked away. I'm pretty proud.

Felines are awesome little creatures, so that wins out.Today at work I got up the nerve to approach a coworker I didn't know, in order to get pain meds for a cat I'm taking care of. My compassion for felines is greater than my inherent fear of human beings. :

Last night i was in line at the grocery store. This cute little number with her little one was in line ahead of me. My mind is wandering when i catch part of her convo with the cashier : "-oh crap, i dont have enough". I can see the look of panic/embarassment on her face. Inwardly terrfied, i dont know what posessed me to do this, i stepped forward.
"how much was it?"
her "What? no! no no you cant do that..."
me "its ok" *i smile* "How much was it?"
her "144, but no you cant do that for me...."
me *Whips out debit card* "dont stress, its only money, youve got more important things to be worrying about" *I knod toward her little one*
So i payed for her grocerys along with mine. She was super super grateful. I told her not to give it a second thought. She asked me my name, i told her not to worry about it, and walked out to my truck with my stuff.
Made me feel really good to make someone's day like that. Especially a yummy mummy.
I have a soft spot for cute young moms lol
