listening, graem. very nice voice! scottish people intimidate me. i'm afraid they will punch me.
Ahahahahaa
I don't know why I found that so funny, I just did.
I find English people somewhat intimidating in person, if they have a posh accent, because I feel like they think they are superior to me. Haha. Ridiculous, isn't it? They just sound... more intelligent, or cultured. Pfft
lol listen to chavs and that'll sway the intelligent/cultured notion
Scottish telephone voice or you're the poshest scot I've ever heard. Will you do us another after a few pints? You know let the braveheart out. lol
Graeme, you have the perfect voice/demeanor for like video commentary. Not even kidding.
It's a good thing you were speaking sloooowly or I might not have been able to understand it! Your accent is awesome though - love it!
The pints, I mean. Not the bit about the movie Braveheart. Will you do us another after a few pints? You know let the braveheart out. lol

^ Haha as did I. I don't even know why I thought that either. Awesome voice, GraemeGraeme, I liked it. For some reason I imagined you as a head mobster negotiating money.
The vast majority of us don't have a posh voice, that's a hollywood myth
Nobody can do a telephone voice when they're p***ed up. But nobody will mind you trying.
Graeme you sound cool as hell.

Thanks very much!
Aw, youse saw that National Geographic documentary about gang-related organised crime in Glasgow, as well?. Oddly enough, I do have a couple of books about that subject. Though, Glasgow, Scotland isn't as violent a city as it use to be. Just crazy (and I mean that in a nice way).
Graeme1988 - you sound less like Billy Connolly and more like Sean Connery!!
Here's a few Scottish words translated into English.
Sorry for lack of pronunciation. Or the fact I've not put the words in alphabetical order, and are seemingly random (other than the words which rhyme).
The reason being, that you actually have to hear the Scots words said, phonetically, in the Scottish accent, obviously.
Nice to see some familiar phrases online. Being from Northern Ireland (Scotland's little brother) I barely even notice your accent.
I'm not sure if it was because you spoke slowly or not, but you do sound somewhat like Sean Connery!
Sean Connery is very accurate comparison. You sound cool, Graeme.Graeme1988 - you sound less like Billy Connolly and more like Sean Connery!!
