I think SPs have intense thoughts and feelings. I sure at times my emotions are too intense...but the problem is that I will not show my feelings/thoughts externally...I keep it all inside.
Don't be ashamed of it, Casper. A lot of us hide our emotions, however strong, to prevent to be judged because of it.
Try to feel and express feelings when you're alone. That in itself sounds easier then it is, of course.
Yes, sir. Lots and lots of emotions. Just not enough of ... well something that enables the expression of emotions. You know, that thing.

^ True, I think people with SP, are more sensetive to things than other's (which doesn't experience anxiety on a daily basis) Anxiety is an emotion, it's very high and it's complicated to fight with.
I think this goes the same with other emotions we feel, but still we want to hide 'em, I can relate.

Did you remember to drink lots of water? In between glasses, glass of water. Before sleep, glass of water. Keeps you hydrated.

Thanks Sial. But it was needed. Public offenses have to be atoned for in public. I could just ignore the situation like I always do but I'm trying to change.
As for the water it didn't help. It rarely does.

Nope, but I love MTbiking, even though it's a shallow ground, I love to cross on my bike
I just checked out some bikes on the web, they are selling near to my place, i emailed them, i hope they mail back ^^
