So I find that I can successfully socialise, it's good that I can do this, but it is not me, when I retire I reckon I still want to take off somewhere into the woods like Henry David Thoreaux, and be by myself.

Saw a guy while I was out tonight, his shirt was soaked in blood front and back and his hands were bloody.. pretty sure I just saw someone coming away from stabbing someone else. He proceeded to power walk quite a distance (I kept driving past him and he was still going. Walked about twice as fast as the estimated google maps walking time

Yeah it was actually freaking me out pretty bad, add to that a random guy off his face on drugs walking in the middle of the road and hollering came up to my car while I was at a red light, stared in my window as he stumbled past and hovered at the back of my car before moving off. Never felt such relief at a green light before

Good Lord, I had a friend who lived in Tasmania that used to tell me stories like that. It was always something, just a bunch of creeps and lowlifes buzzing around all the time.

Not to say you live somewhere bad, it just reminds me of those stories she used to share.

Well to be fair where I live isnt great, We're in an ok spot in as in our immediate neighbors are ok, but the suburb we live in isnt known for being anything other than dodgy really.

In RDR2 I find myself drawn to the campfire where people are singing and feeling good. I join in and sit around listening to their stories - actually enjoying their company - ...
But in real life I have no time, patience or tolerance for people.. why do I feel this way?
Is it because in the game I know the characters dont actually judge me?
I think that may be it..

I recall.. And I dont know why exactly ... but when I was in China, I remembered thinking "all you need is a partner to make you feel safe and secure, to laugh and snigger at others behind your hidden truths.. and you can be part of the crowd.
If you have a partner bf/gf to laugh and snigger at others then you've got it made..

My nieces are still insistent that they come racing upstairs n' see me whenever they come roon tae visit...

Something that's starting to irritate me a wee bit. Ah've thought aboot telling them tae fuck off, but the youngest yin hus a habit o' repeating certain words that she hears. And ah don't think her mother would too happy that her 2 year old niece repeat those words at that age. Though, it would be quite funny since my older sister swears more frequently than ah do.

Ah guess could just spend time converting all my instrumental songs into musical notion, since I recently bought this software...

It's one way to keep masel' from getting bored at least.
