Always hilarious and infuriating when people think they know why you're irritated or upset, not realising the issue is far deep seated then they could ever think and makes me realise that family, would never understand my anxiety.. just wouldn't understand at all and hence my inner rage bubbles up and stays there, festering..

My family are exactly the same. Same ma innrer rage.
Thankfully, I've my electric gee-tar to change ma rage through.
Plus, blastin' thrash metal loudly on my stereo helps and pisses off my family and neighbours.

I now have more than enough confidence to raise my hand and participate in class without even a second thought, then I talk too quietly and forget how sentence structure works and feel all panicky anyway.
