I've always gotten the impression that Australians are one of the nicest (and craziest) populations. All the Aussies I know are pretty laid-back and don't take anything too seriously.

From my limited experience, I agree. My cousin's wife is Peruvian, she and her daughters are sweethearts. Really genuine and nice.

Before I was born, my parents (before they were poor) lived there for a while and they had a huge Swiss chalet in Costa Rica with servants and stuff, they always talk about how great it was there and they mentioned how nice everyone was too lol

As long as your not in Toronto or another city's downtown area, Canadian's are generally nice.
