I'm from the U.S. But, I would imagine Norway or Sweden.

You can't judge a nationality as being nice o'r not, there's good o'r bad in every nationality.

It is true, but overall, the nicest people I've been around are Indonesian.

Swedes are pretty friendly too, and Belgians.
