I'm a complete failure at being a dad. I've turned out just like my own dad.

Hey, I've read in other posts of yours that the most important things for you is your daughter, right?
If you do your best for her I don't think you can't be a bad father at all. Lots of children dream of having a father that really cares for them the way I've seen you care for your daughter

Yes she is the most important person in my life. But coz of my SA I can't do the things a farther should be doing with their children. Which gets me down and feel like I've failed.
It seems to me that you love her dearly. A lot of kids can't say they have parents like that. How old is she? I'm not a parent, so I have absolutely no advice that I can give you, but as a child of someone with SA, just letting them know that you care means the world. Eventually, as she gets older, she'll be able to pick up on your "issues" and have a better understanding of where you are coming from.

Thank you. She's six. So at the moment she doesn't understand my issues I have. Not really sure if she ever will as she's got some problems herself which will affect her for the rest of her life.

4 am and I was never able to fall asleep until now. Iritability, restlessnes. I ate something with msg this day, and a couple of days ago too and the feeling is getting unbearable. Could it be that's why? I never thought it was such a ****. But I cannot be really sure if that's the cause or something else.

Yeah, I will do. I just try to be more careful in reading labels. Eating junk seems really not worth it.
