bad. just threw away about 3 weeks of solid working out and good diet by getting 'sick' and feel disgusted at myself.

Just arrived back home after seeing the one-man play “Lockerbie: Unfinished Business”, by David Benson. Which dramatizes the campaign by Dr. Jim Swire, whose daughter died in the attack, for a fresh inquiry into the 1988 bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. Thought-provoking, upsetting, and deeply moving in equal measure. Quite an experience to say the least.

Thanks. I revisit those times every now again with a strange kind of fondness, of being proud of the battles I fought and won, and also to reinforce the vigilence with which I need to fight to keep open those windows I made for myself.

I'm feeling lonely. I don't have a friend in the world and i think its now to late in life to make any friends. The only person I talk to is myself and even I cant stand my own company so theres no hope in making friends who like me for me if I don't like me.

I don't know why I'm still alive. I hate this insane heat wave, I hate sweating all day and night, I don't like going out anywhere ever, I am losing interest entirely in videogames and my car. I'm going back into a slump and everything is pointless. I feel like it would be absolutely awesome to die in my sleep.
