How are you feeling?

Graeme1988

Hie yer hence from me heath!
I'm feeling really f***ing crappy right now. Extremely tired, irritated. Depressed. Should've stay in bed. ::(: Really want to be left alone right now... I wish I didn't have that Capability Scotland meeting today. Because I honestly can't be bothered with it... regardless of good intentions. Ultimately it feels like a waste of time. I'm not in the right state of mind at the moment to even want to leave the house.

As a rule, yes. It used to be pointless because no one ever wants to hear them and i wondered what the point of remembering was if i couldnt do anything with it. so I learnt to interpret them instead, though some dreams are just plain nonsense and some are just our memories overflowing, spilling out into our dreams. I love that I can remember my dreams, but in other parts of my life, my memories are screwy! ::p:
I can never remember my dreams. In fact I had an awful dream last night and woke up being terrified but now I can't even recall what was it.

I'm sorry Graeme, I know the feeling.

That's really great. I wish I could remember more of my dreams. I do remember some of them - mostly the more shocking ones - but I love waking up and remembering what I had dreamed the previous night. I don't interpret them like you do, though.

Ah, I know that feeling, mate. Sorry to hear you're going through that, as well.

If you were having a nice dream that you want to remember, when you wake up, lie completely still in the same position as you were asleep. You have to do it repeatedly until it is habit but it helps to remember. That helps with horrid dreams too because you can stop recurring bad dreams by making yourself remember a different ending (it is long and complex, but I like it). The best dreams I have are where I wake up laughing and then have to recall why I was laughing!

Interesting. I usually am still because I'm way too tired to move :):p:). I don't even mind the bad dreams, to be honest, because then I can wake up and laugh at them.

That's really interesting, I think I'll try it.

Don't move your head, don't stretch or wonder what you've been lying on all night. Don't change your breathing and don't think! It is like a state of meditation and you can make yourself remember like when you go upstairs and try to remember why you went up! I think it's amazing what goes through our heads when we aren't even trying

Of course. Our subconscious is constantly switched on. I hope I have another intense dream tonight, just like my dream of my friend dying last night.

Earlier this year I had a dream that continued after waking up twice during the night. Even when I woke up to my alarm I had to think that none of that happened. I'm sad to say I don't recall what I dreamed but I wish I did because it was enough to question my state of mind when I woke up, and I've never had a dream continue after waking up and falling back to sleep before. I would love another dream like that, too.

I stepped on the scale and I gained 6 pounds. It's probably why I've been so confident about my self in the mirror the past few days. For the first time in....um...IDK how many years, I feel good about myself. Now 15 more to go to be healthy. I'm scared though because I've noticed my body has changed a lot in the last 3 years since I was healthy. My hips are so large, but my upper body is very small, l I have a back that curves, my arms and hands are small and I have a small head. I'm going to look like a funny shapped donkey :-( Everyone on my fathers side have donkey backs. Mmmmmm..I need to be completely happy with myself........

Yeah - but you're still a total babe.
Even if you do have a donkey shaped body.

Humanah humanah

That was a compliment by the way... you really are quite beautiful

So do I. I foresee intense and chronic back problems later in life for me.

I'm glad you feel good about yourself, too. :)

I already have back issue because of it plus my flat feet.
I have to hang over to touch my feet just to get relief and stand on the balls of my feet to release tension in my foot. It's not fun.

..... Thank you? hahaha... Humanah? What's that a animal sound?

Thanks::eek::

I've had a few of those. They are totally bizarre. Sometimes I am remembering one dream and fall asleep and in my new dream, I will still be forcing myself to
remember the first one. Or I will dream something so vivid that I wake up thinking it was real. Like the time I was convinced I owned a particular item of clothing and looked everywhere for it until I remembered I had only dreamt about it!

That sounds incredibly painful. I'm sorry. ::(:

Do you like those sorts of dreams, though? I do, because they're fun to remember. If the item of clothing you dreamed about was expensive, then that would've been a disappointment!

How about sleepwalking? Do you do that often? I've done it once to my memory, but my mum has had to coax me back to bed on another occasion I don't recall.

I love all kinds of dreams! I used to sleepwalk but as far as I am aware, I haven't done that in years. I got up to all kinds of stuff. When I was about ten and staying at my nan's house, I got up in the night and approached my grandad with my hands out. He pulled a knife out from under the mattress because he thought I was a burglar (it speaks volumes of what he was like). Couldn't have done it to a nicer person ... I would often sleepwalk and get back into what I thought was my bed. It usually involved putting my head on someone else's head and my feet in someone else's face. My brother used to sleepwalk too, when he was in his teens. I remember one night waking up to hear a weird noise like something was hitting my bedroom door. It wasn't until the next day that my mum told me not to walk there because she had found my brother weeing against my door in his sleep!

Oh, my, those are some intense sleepwalking moments! I can't think that any of mine have been so crazy. The one I do remember was when I was young, maybe 10, and I woke up on the grass outside.

Yours create better stories, though. :) Your brother for the win.

I used to sleepwalk when I was a kid. One night, when I was around 11-12, I had a nightmare about werewolves coming into the house through the windows. I remember waking up and I was standing in front of an open window in my room. Kinda freaked me out a bit, lol.

AGH!! F***, f***, f***ety f***! Why... am I constantly being made to feel like I'm a total f***in' freak, just because I'm NOT into sports? Is that so wrong?! Huh?! Sorry, I'm not a "proper" man. Aw, I had a feeling this day gonna be s***! ::(: (My meeting go well, if that wasn't obvious)
