I actually sometimes get quite panicky after exercising. I get panicky when I get excited aswell, I guess because it's having a stimulating effect on your body and mind, so maybe the endorphins are have a stimulatory effect on me. But it doesn't stop me from exercising, it's just the same old anxious thoughts I always have!
I can never tell if I feel normal after exercise, all I can seem to focus on is the migraine I always get when I do. Needless to say, I rarely do it, not to mention it's hard for me to find the time these days.
I don't know about 'normal', but I definitely feel better after exercising. I've been getting a lot of it lately and it's helped against depression better than meds ever did.
After exercising is about the only time I feel calm. It seems to take away tense feelings for a while. It's the best thing I've found to help with anxiety and negative thoughts. It has to be outside for me though as exercising on machines indoors seems to make me a lot more anxious.
So far after restarting my exercise regime I've noticed a significant uplift in my mood for a few hours afterwards but then a dip back down to reality. I have noticed I have more energy too.
I have asthma and have always refused to use an inhaler i dont even own one. I excersise as hard as i can, i realise my physical limits are below those of someone without asthma but i try my hardest haha
all i can say is i feel tired but good after excercise
NO! I feel like I am going to die and have a heart attack. I feel absolutely horrible afterward. Maybe a slight exaggeration. Not panicky or anything, it just makes me feel sick.
Yes I feel really good for about 3 days, but dont over do it, I had to cut down a bit, because I couldnt take it and was missing some days,my routine used to take a week to complete,I divided now it takes two.
