One quality your proud of.

I'm not judgmental and I'm good at taking care of people and being helpful. I think most people on this thread have more good qualities than they realize it's in our nature as people with SAD.

I kinda like that when im down i can make a joke out of things and make me happy again within 5 minutes.

With loads of effort, I can actually turn most of my thinking off. Though, when I do start thinking it's usually like a snowball going downhill.

''Ignorance is bliss, and I have been truly blessed.'' as they say (that's a lie, nobody says that. >,>).

I am altruistic. I was thinking today that I do actually try to give to others, and to try and help those in pain or suffering.

I give the photos I take of runners freely. Today one was published in a newspaper, and they have been used freely for the running clubs publicity

In my blog I offer help and enocuragement to those suffering knee pain like I did for many years.

I raise money for charities.

I donate to nature conservancies.

I try to encourage and inpsire through my running endeavours

Basically I am a good person, and I don't deserve the names I get called because of my anxiety.

My altruism stems from a need to do good things, to lift my low self esteem.

Honestly, drawing pictures is one thing I'm proud of, aside from playing the piano.
I feel especially proud of myself when I learn a new song and I can string the notes together and finally be able to hear it with mistakes.
