I've been looking at some of the scenery pictures you have in your album. They are really beautiful @__@ did you take those pics yourself????

I'd like to see more photos from you, maybe pics of daily life in your town or popular landmarks in your area

oh, maybe mindfulness would help - like learning to keep your attention on the here and now and sensations, instead of letting it wander off into future events? like as simple as just being aware of what you're seeing and hearing right now.

i'm also on paxil also though, so i'm kind of cheating, lol.

Hi Amie, I didn't do anything this weekend. Actually being unemployed weekends are the same as weekdays. All the days run together, and I lose track of time. Last Friday I did take a friend up to my land to have a campfire and roast some hot dogs and marshmallows, for old time sake. My friend was depressed, so I tried to help out as best I can.

Thanks! I'm glad i've finally finished editing them! Took ages trying to get the cropping right and bring everything out as much as i knew how to, pretty fun though except my eyes are pretty much dead. Photoshop experience is always good though.

Hi Amie, thanks for the picture comment. That mule deer pic was taken back in 1986, while I was on vacation with my folks. That camera was a 35mm, Canon... Film.. and then I had to scan it which then lost even more quality. I guess what I am saying is that the original looks allot better. Thanks again, have a great day!

oh, sorry you can't sleep - yeah, that would happen to me sometimes, especially if i had something big happening the next day. or sometimes my brain would just be tired and i'd want to go to sleep early, but my body wouldn't let me, so i'd end up waiting and waiting till i was tired enough. usually reading the whole time.

i'm doing alright, thanks - i exhausted my brain working on a paper yesterday, so today i felt like a zombie. i saw your new guitar pic - looks like fun

I'm glad you're okay and have been getting out and about. I think keeping busy is half the battle won sometimes.

I've been okay thanks; same old different day really! I've joined a new football team and have my first game for them tomorrow so am a little nervous but I'll be grand once I'm there and playing!

That's excellent that you're coming to visit our wee island! I wonder what you'll make of it hehe. Travelling is a bit daunting but you'll be fine I live in a place called Essex which is just next to London. Where abouts are you heading to first? I hope you enjoy your stay anyway!

Ooh since you were 5 you must be pretty good then! I'm sure your songs don't sound silly I've played for about 11 years myself always electric though. I find it therapeutic. I love Led Zep so good job! Page is probably my fave guitarist - him and David Gilmour. You'll be nailing the solo from 'Heartbreaker' in no time I'm sure...

I have the flu at the minute so I'm stuck inside :: But I'm pretty dependant on my parents and the were just away on holidays for the week and my anxiety was really low for the week so I'm really happy about that! And I'm also happy because they didn't get to go away last year together because one of them had to be home for me, so I'm glad they got to go away this year
